I am an independent Wikaniko distributor. This blog is where I am recording my ‘warts and all’ eco journey for fun, for posterity, to amuse my family and friends, and perhaps to inspire others to join me on my little quest.
Simply Me
In Simply Me, I will share my experiences as I cook through all the recipes in Simply in Season. Through this process I hope to discover simple ways of preparing local, healthy foods and learn more about nutrition, sustainability, and how our eating choices impact the world.

A Life Sustained
365 days in a year, 365 ways to live a more sustainable life. Each day I feature an example of how I employ a holistic approach to all life choices that balances many values: waste reduction (specifically plastic), eating local and organic, buying products from people instead of corporations, ensuring those products were produced in fair and safe conditions, using products that are free from toxins, and making choices that are as close to cruelty free as possible.
Gaia’s Globe
My thoughts on evironnmental issues, sustainable living, eco-friendly lifestyle and the like. Spirituality, cooking, crafting and genealogy may turn up as well. After all, in the end, they're all connected.

The Golden Spiral
An educational, opinion blog in which I research and write about the environment and ways we can affect change.
